Spirituality is not realizing about our soul or realizing about our own self.
Spirituality is all about locating, tracing or getting attached on permanent & on continual basis with the link, which is prevailing between every soul and the so called God.
All souls and jeevs always remain connected with that God thro this link. this link is prevailing since inception of this universe and is primerly responsible for the existence of this universe.
This is a link thro which the God keeps sending energy to each and every one "He" has created, and thats how “His” creation and the universe stays existing.
