� Right is right, even if everyone is against it; and wrong is wrong even if everyone is for it
� What lies behind us and what lies before us is tiny matters compared to what lies within us
� Don't use time or words carelessly, neither can be retrieved
� Don't forget : a person's emotional need is to feel appreciated and not to be criticized
